Ja'Quan R. Phillips is a dynamic serial entrepreneur with a passion for empowering communities and individuals. Since 2017, Ja'Quan has been a driving force in various ventures aimed at making a positive impact. His journey into entrepreneurship was deeply influenced by personal tragedy, leading him to found the Jasmine Sickle Cell Warriors Foundation Inc. in 2014, following the loss of his sister Jasmine Phillips just one day before his high school graduation. This foundation carries a powerful mission of "Empowering and Strengthening the Sickle Cell Community through Belief and Investment," reflecting Ja'Quan's commitment to making a difference.

In 2017, Ja'Quan ventured into the world of photography, establishing Ja'Quan R. Phillips Photography, which initially focused on offering photography services. Over time, his entrepreneurial vision expanded, culminating in the rebranding of his enterprise to Ja'Quan R. Phillips Enterprise, representing a broader scope encapsulated by the slogan "More Than Photography."

In addition to his entrepreneurial endeavors, Ja'Quan is a Notary Public for the state of North Carolina and a licensed minister at his home church, highlighting his dedication to serving his community through various roles. While recognized for his photography skills, Ja'Quan's passion lies in empowering those around him to embrace their potential. He firmly believes in the transformative power of self-belief, often encouraging others with the motto, "Believe in your abilities, for they are the seeds of greatness within you." Through his multifaceted career and philanthropic efforts, Ja'Quan R.
