In order to secure your shoot, a travel/booking Deposit is required. The travel fee is $55

Deposits can be paid via:

Paypal: Paypal. me/BookJaQuanRPhillips

Deposits are to be paid before an appointment is approved.

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

If things change and you wish to reschedule, you must do so 24 - 48 hours before the appointment, or else another deposit will be required to reserve a new appointment.

LATE FEES ARE AT DISCRETION OF PHOTOGRAPHER - a $30 late fee will be added to your ending balance should your appointment run over or if you are late. A late fee will also be added if the invoice is past due!

The balance shall be paid in full before the session ends for the service to be provided.

In the event Mr. Phillips is asked to travel to you, you will be subjected to travel fees.

Under the Federal Copyright Act of 1976, photographs are protected by copyright from the moment of creation. According to the U.S. Copyright Office, the owner of the “work” is generally the photographer (Ja’Quan R. Phillips Photography / Ja’Quan R. Phillips Enterprise) or, in certain situations, the employer of the photographer.

Therefore, before editing or making any changes to photos that are sent to you by Ja’Quan R. Phillips, you must ask for written permission to edit any photo that has been sent. If this agreement is broken, you'll be infringing on our copyright rule. We will have to take legal action.
